- Take a pan and add oil to it. Let it get hot and then add cumin seeds in it. Cook it for 2 min and add green chilli and ginger paste to it. Cook it for another 2 mins.
- Now add onion to it and cook it for 5 min on medium flame. Now add capsicum in it. Cook it till capsicum softens a little.
- Now add red chilli powder, dhania powder, garam masala, bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, turmeric powder in it and cook it for 2 mins.
- Now add tomato puree in it and cook it till it lefts oil. Now add salt to it. Cook it for another min and add water in it. Cook it for 5 min and add cream to it. Mix it well and let it cook on low flame for 10 mins.
- Add paneer in it and top up with kasuri methi.
