  1. You need Gravy
  2. Prepare 4 tomates
  3. Prepare 4 small onions
  4. Get 2-3 green chillies
  5. Prepare 1 tsp Ginger
  6. Use Masala
  7. Get 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  8. Use 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Lal mirch (for colour)
  9. Provide 2 tsp Dhaniya/ corinader Powder
  10. Use 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  11. Get 400 gms Paneer
Steps to make Paneer Masala:
  1. For making gravy add 4 tomates, 4 small onions, 2-3 green chillies and some ginger.
  2. Grind all of them in a mixer and make a smooth gravy of it.
  3. Now pour all the gravy into a kadhai. Cook it well on medium flame for 10-15 mins
  4. Now add 1/2 cup of water or water according to your need.
  5. Now to that 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Lal mirch for a natural red color in gravy.
  6. Now add more spices like Lal mirch, dhania powder and garam masala.
  7. When the gravy looks cooked to that add 400 gms of paneer in small cubes.
  8. Now to that add some salt as per taste. Let the paneer cook a little on a low-medium flame for 5 mins.
  9. Turn off the flame and serve the paneer masala hot……
  10. Eat it with any paratha / roti. I had made laccha paratha with it.
