The ingredients needed to make Paneer Pakora:
- Prepare For Coating of Paneer–
- Prepare 250 gms Paneer
- You need 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- Take 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- You need 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
- Take 1/6-1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- You need 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Use As per taste Salt
- Prepare For Batter–
- You need 2 cups Besan(Gram Flour)
- Use 3-4 tbsp rice flour
- Get As Required Water
- You need As per taste Salt
- Use as required Sabut dhaniya
- You need 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
- Take 1/4 tsp Garam masala
- Prepare as per taste Salt
Steps to make Paneer Pakora:
- Take 250 gms of Paneer and cut them in big cubes or in any shape you want.
- Transfer all of the paneer in a bowl and then add red chilli powder, chaat masala, garam masala black pepper, ginger garlic paste. Coat all the masala well on all paneer.
- Now take a bowl to that add 2 cups of besan, 3 tbsp of rice flour (for crisp). Add red chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala, sabut dhania and salt.

- Now take the paneer, coat it properly with batter and fry it in oil.
