- Get 250 gms crumbled malai paneer
- Take 500 gms boiled potatoes

- Take crumbled paneer in a plate, add salt and 1tsp corn flour. Mix well. Take a small ball and flatten it. Place a cashew in the centre and close the paneer ball
- Make paneer balls and keep them in the fridge till ready to fry.
- Take boiled potatoes in a plate. Mash them and add salt, red chilli powder, jeera powder, bread crumbs, lemon juice and 1tsp corn flour. Mix well
- Take a small ball of potato mixture. Flatten it and place paneer ball in the centre. Cover the paneer ball with potato mixture. Roll it in corn flour.
- Deep fry these malai paneer koftas in hot oil on medium heat.
- Heat a thick bottomed pan add jeera, til, coriander seeds, whole red chilli, cinnamon and cashews. Dry roast for 2minutes. Cool and grind it to a fine powder.
- In the same pan dry roast onion, garlic, ginger and tomatoes for 5minutes.
- Cool it and grind it to a fine paste.Heat the pan again, pour tomato onion mixture, cashew mixture, salt, turmeric powder and 1cup milk.
- Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Place koftas in a bowl and pour hot gravy over it and serve with chapattis.
