- Get 1 1/2 cup Wheat flour
- Prepare 1/2 cup Curd

Steps to make Matar Paneer with naan:
- In a pan add little butter and then add paneer cubes. Slightly fry them till light golden.. take out and keep them aside. You can also add paneer without frying.
- In the same pan add a little more and add chopped onions. Fry until onions turn pink, now add chopped tomatoes and green chillies. Cook till the mixture is mushy and there is no water.
- Let it cool down and then grind into a paste.
- In the same pan add 1tbs oil and add jeera and tej patta leaves. Let them crackle. Now add ginger-garlic paste. Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder.
- Still the spices well. Don't burn the spices. Now add onion tomato paste. Cook it on low to medium flame till it start leaving oil.
- Now add fresh malai or cream.cook for 2 min. Add salt and mix well. Add garam massala.
- Add green peas and water and cook 5-7 min till the gravy thickens. Add paneer and kasuri methi. Cook for another 2min. Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with tandoori roti, naan, paratha, missi roti.
- Steps for wheat flour naan. In a bowl take all ingredients flour, curd, salt, baking powder, oil, sugar. Mix well and knead into soft dough using water.
- Mix water as needed and make soft dough from it. Apply oil and cover the dough for 20-30 min.
- After 20-30 min punch down the dough and then knead for 5 minutes. - divide the dough into medium sized balls and keep aside. Take one ball of the dough on a floured surface.
- Roll the dough in oblong shape giving it a shape of naan. Sprinkle some kalonji and coriander on top. Roll it little to press the topping.
- Brush the bottom side of the naan with water and place the waterd side of naan on the hot pan, and cook fm, until you see bubbles starting to form.
- Flip the tawa and cook on gas flame until you see the upper side is fully cooked, and dark brown starts to appear.
- Remove from the pan and brush naan with some butter. Your butter naan is ready.
