- Provide 1 cup Maida
- Use 1 tsp cornflour

- Use 1 pinch Baking soda

- Heat oil in a kadhai.Fill the batter in a jalebi maker.Keep the heat medium.Swirl the batter from jalebi maker in the shape of jalebi. Swirl them from inside to out side.
- Fry them till they get crisp on both sides.
- Take out from the kadhai and dip them in lukewarm syrup.Soak them for 5 min.Take them out from syrup.Drain and serve.
