- Get 1/2 cup chickpeas flour
- Prepare 1 Teaspoon green chilli
- You need 1/2 Teaspoon chopped green garlic
- Get 1/2 Teaspoon ginger paste
- Provide 2 Teaspoon Sugar
- Prepare as needed Water
- Get For Tempering
- Take 2 Teaspoon Ghee
- Get 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- You need 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- Take 6-8 curry leaves
- Provide as needed Chopped Coriander leaves
- You need 1 dry red chilli
- Provide Pinch asafoetida
- Take to taste Salt
Steps to make Khatu kadhi:
- Boiled moog dal, toor dal and peanuts. Add pinch of methi and cumin seeds and little salt.
- In pan take oil and add all masala and sauté 1 minute.after that add boliled moog dal paste and water.add imli water and jaggery as per your test.
- Gravy should be thin not too much thick.cook 10 minute.At last sprinkle some chopped coriander.
- For kadhi add all kadhi’s ingredients except tempering. Mix with whisker.take ghee for tempering add all tempering ingredients and Add in kadhi.Boil at least 5 minutes.
- Serve with kadhi and rice.
