- Ab kadhi banayege iske liye bhigoi hui moong dal ko mixer mein pees le.. peesi dal mein hing,methi powder, haldi salt and butter mil ya curd mix karein aur achche se fet le…… Agar curd mix kiya hai to 2 cup Pani dale.. Aur gas par suru mein lagatar chalaye.. Aur jab gadha ho jaye to 4 cup pani dal kar dimi flame par pakne de.. kadhi pakne me approx 1/2 se 3/4 hour lagte hai.. beech me agar kadhi gadhi hone lage to apni consistency ke according usme 1 cup pani aur dale.
- Ab kadhi mein tarke ke liye pan mein oil garamkare.. Rai dale. isme curry patta bhi dalte par mera beta pasand nahi karta to Maine nahi dala hai. Lal mirch powder dale aur gas off kar de.. Jab kadhi ban jaye to upar se tarka dale aur 2 min ke liye dhak de
