- Simmer it for 45-50 minutes and cook it well.
- Now add tamarind paste in it and cook it for another 5-8 minutes on medium flame and switch off the flame.
- Now heat oil in a tempering pan, add black mustard seeds, asafoetida, dry red chilli and bay leaves and allow it crackle.
