- Dice the onion, carrot and garlic. Cut the potato into 5 mm cubes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Tilt the pan and fry the garlic until the aroma is released, taking care not to burn it.
- Fry the ground meat and vegetables, then add the red wine, water, ketchup and soup stock granules. Keep frying until the potatoes are soft.
