- Take 1/4 kg Besan
- Use 1/4 kg Curd
- Prepare 1 tsp Ginger garlic
- You need 1/4 spoon Turmeric
- Use 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder

- Prepare 2 pinch Baking powder
- Use For tadka -
- Get as needed oil
- Take 1/2 tsp Rai
- Prepare 1/2 tsp jeera
- Prepare 4-5 Curry leaves
Instructions to make Dahi vada:
- To make a batter in a large bowl add besan,ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt, baking powder. add water as per required. Mix it well without lumps (Imp note : batter should not be too loose nor to thick)add water as per required. Rest 10 to 15 min.
- Add oil in a khadai for deep frying
- Take 2 cups of water in a bowl add a pinch of salt.put fried vada in bowl of water for 5min.
- Add curd in a dish add little ginger garlic paste add 1cup water mix it well.then add that fried vada in a curd
- Atlast give tadka to dahi vada heat oil add rai+zeera+curry leaves.
