  1. Take 1/4 kg Besan
  2. Use 1/4 kg Curd
  3. Prepare 1 tsp Ginger garlic

  7. Prepare 2 pinch Baking powder

  9. Get as needed oil
  10. Take 1/2 tsp Rai

  12. Prepare 4-5 Curry leaves
Instructions to make Dahi vada:
  1. To make a batter in a large bowl add besan,ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt, baking powder. add water as per required. Mix it well without lumps (Imp note : batter should not be too loose nor to thick)add water as per required. Rest 10 to 15 min.
  2. Add oil in a khadai for deep frying
  3. Take 2 cups of water in a bowl add a pinch of salt.put fried vada in bowl of water for 5min.
  4. Add curd in a dish add little ginger garlic paste add 1cup water mix it well.then add that fried vada in a curd
  5. Atlast give tadka to dahi vada heat oil add rai+zeera+curry leaves.
