- Take 1/2 cup Urad dal
- Take 1/2 cup moving dal

- Wash & soak both Dal overnight. Remove water & grind both Dal till smooth paste. Remove in pan & beat for about five minutes till light
- Add ginger paste, salt, baking soda & chopped green chilli. Mix. Take small bowls & put 1-2 tbsp of batter in each bowl.
- Steam the filled bowl. About 10-15 mnts. Heat pot filled with water. Keep stainer on pot.on stainer keep batter filled bowl.cover cook till done.
- To make sweet chutney. Soak tamarind. Make pulp of it.take pot & put tamarind & jaggery heat the pan and make smooth paste.
- In one plate arrange the vada.pour dahi on vada.cover vada with dahi.put sweet chutney red chilli powder chat masala powder. Dahi Vada are ready serve cold.
