The ingredients needed to make Dahi Vada & Chandiya:
  1. Provide 300 Gm moong daal wash
  2. Use 1/4 tsp Hing/asafoetida
  3. Provide 1/2 Tsp baking soda
  4. Prepare as needed Mustard oil for deep frying
  5. Provide as needed Coriander Chutney
  6. Use as needed Imli chutney
  7. Get 300 gm Dahi/curd
  8. Take 1 tsp Bhuna jeera/cumin seeds
  9. Use 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  10. Prepare to taste Salt
  11. You need as needed Nylon sev
  12. Prepare 4 tsp Anaardane(pomegranate seeds)
  13. Use to taste Chaat masala

  15. Use 300 gm soak udad daal
  16. Provide 8-10 Kali mirch/black pepper
Instructions to make Dahi Vada & Chandiya:
  1. Soak moong daal add 2 Tbs Udad daal overnight. Grind it make fine paste. Add heeng powder & soda beat with the help of hand 2-3 minutes it becomes fluffy
  2. Take a kadai pour mustard oil heat it until it very hot smokey.now sim the gas oil becomes normal temperature deep frying the bade on medium flame now sim gas stove,after 2,3 minutes. Now Vada is ready keep aside.
  3. CHANDIYA - soak udad daal wash overnight now grind it with minimum water.with the help of Bangles give the shape of chandia with the help of wet hands insert kali mirch & Deep fried. Now chandiya is ready. For serveing,in hot water add salt 1 tsp add moong daal bada & chandiya soal 1,2 hour & squeeze lightly removed excess water. On serveing plate put Vada & Chandiya add fita dahi,both chutney, sprinkle mirch powder, salt, bhuna jeera & sev Anaar dana & serve it.
