The ingredients needed to make Dosa:
  1. Provide 1 cup dosa batter
  2. Use as needed oil
  3. Use 1 onion chopped
  4. You need 1 tomato chopped
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp beetroot grated
  6. Take 1/2 carrot grated
  7. Take 2 tsp coriander leaves chopped
  8. Take for Aloo masala
  9. Provide 2 boiled potatoes peeled and mashed
  10. Get 1/4 cup boiled peas

  13. Get 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder

  15. Use 1/4 tsp carom seeds
  16. You need 1 dry red chilli
Instructions to make Dosa:
  1. For aloo masala:- In a pan add oil and carrom seeds.now add all spices and dry red chilli and mix well.then add potatoes and peas and mix well.cook for two minutes and keep aside.
  2. For Dosa:- take a wet cloth and clean dosa tava.now spread dosa batter on tava evenly.
  3. Add aloo masala and spread it nicely.now add onion, tomato, beetroot, carrot and coriander leaves and spread them evenly.cook for 2-3 minutes at medium flame.
  4. Fold from all the sides and serve hot with coconut Chutney and sambhar.
