- Firstly, in a large bowl soak Rice, Urad daal and fenugreek seeds for at least 5 hours. - Drain the water from bowl and keep aside.
- Transfer the soaked ingredients into blender and blend to smooth and fluffy batter. Collect it into large bowl.
- Cover and ferment in a warm place for 8- 12 hours. - The next day you can see the batter has raised well indicating it's well fermented.
