  1. Use 2 piece ruha fish(rui Mach)
  2. Use 1 Onion
  3. Use 1 small tomato
  4. Use 1 Green chilli

Steps to make Fish curry:
  1. Firstly marinate the fish with salt, turmeric powder and slite mustard oil for 30 mins. After 30 mins fry the marinated fish in mustard oil.
  2. Then heat mustard oil in kadhai and add cumin seeds as chownk. After that add chopped onion and green chilli. When the onion change it's colour then add chopped tomato And Ginger garlic paste. Then stir it for 5-7 mins so that that the ginger garlic paste cooked properly. And then add salt as per taste along with turmeric powder,red chilli powder and cumin powder.cock for 2 mins and then add 1 cup of water. When the water started to boil then add the fried fish. Cook for 5 mins.
  3. Add gurum masala powder. The fish curry is ready to eat with rice.
