- Get 4 pieces Rui Fish
- Take 1 cup Onion paste
- Prepare 1 Onion chopped

- First marinate the fish with turmeric powder and salt
- Fry them and keep aside
- Heat mustard oil in a pan add kaali jeera and methi
- When it starts crackled add chopped onions fry them till golden brown
- Add onion paste ginger paste garlic paste stir them well
- Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder green chilli, mix well
