The ingredients needed to cook Curry Masala Chaap:
- You need 500 g white soya chaap
- Take 2 tea spoons Curd
- You need 3 Onion
- Use 6 tomatoes
- Provide 1 teaspoon Ginger and Garlic
- You need as required Clove, Elaichi, Cinammon
- Use 2 Green Chilli
- Prepare as required Bhuna jeera,Coriander powder, red chilli powder, deggi mirch powder
- Get as required Meat Masala, Garam Masala, chaat Masala, kasoori Methi
- You need as required Butter and fresh Malai
Steps to make Curry Masala Chaap:
- Cut Soya Chaap in small cylindrical pieces and fry it in oil in low/ medium flame till it turns light brown
- Marinate it with Butter, Curd and Chat masala and keep it aside
- Cut thin pieces of onion and fry it in remaining oil till it turns brown and grind it in a mixer.
- Put tomatoes, garlic, ginger and green chilli in mixer and grind it
- In a pan with some oil put Dalchini, clove and elaichi and once cooked add the tomato paste, salt and cook for some time
- Once it is cooked add Coriander powder, bhuna jeera, red chilli, deggi mirch powder and meat masala in the pan and cook it for 5-7 min.
- Add the onion paste and cook it till oil separates
- After that add the marinated soya chaap and cook it for some time
- Add some water, roasted kasoori methi and garam masala, cover it and cook it for 5-7 min on low flame.
- Open the lid, add some more water and again cover the lid and cook for 5-7 min on low flame. Your chaap is ready
