- Add the vegetables (brinjal, beans, tomatoes) to dal and cook until done.
- Roll out the roti dough. It should not be thin or too thick. Cut the dough into any shape you wish. You can also roll out small rotis and make potlis by joining 4 sides.
- Temper it finally by heating ghee. Add mustard, jeera, saunf, red chilli and let it splutter. Top it on the daal.
