The ingredients needed to prepare Kothu Chapathi:
- Provide 4 Chapathi
- Prepare 1/2 cup any kuruma/salna
- Take 1 onion chopped
- Use 1 tomato chopped
- Take Mustard seeds to temper
- Get 1 tbsp oil

- Cut chapathi into pieces. Keep it aside
- Heat a heavy bottomed pan with oil and temper with mustard seeds. Add onion, curry leaves and sauté well. Add tomato and sauté well. Add salt and all spice powders. Sauté until raw smell goes.
- Pour egg and scramble it until it’s 3/4th cooked
- Add chapathi and kuruma/salna. Give it good mix.
- Use a stainless steel ladle or cup which has sharp edge and mince the mixture well with pounding action.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot!
