- First prepare white sauce..in kadai add heat butter,add and saute maida for 2 minutes. Add milk and stirred till sauce thickens. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cool. In mixing bowl add sweet corn and paneer pieces, chopped coriander leaves, green chilli sugar powder and salt to prepare white sauce. Mix well.
- Cut the bread slices into round shape disc. Apply butter on both sides of cut bread slices. Bake/ Toast in oven for 3 mins on high temperature.
- Spread prepared corn paneer mixture on each toasted bread slices. Sprinkle cheese and bake in oven on high temperature till cheese melts.
