- Heat oil in a kadhai. On high flame put bhindi and saute for a couple of minutes. Drain out in a plate.
- In a pan heat 1/2 tbsp oil and put cumin seeds and mustard seeds, saute for few seconds. Now add onions and saute till translucent.
- Now add besan and roast it on low flame. After a few minutes it gets aromat. Now add all dry spices powder and poppy seeds. Saute for few minutes. Now add fried bhindi in it and cook it for 5-7 minutes.
- Stir it occasionally. Add garam masala powder and cover it. Turn off the gas. Tasty bhindi posto is ready to serve.
