  2. Prepare 1-2 lb tomatoes
  3. Provide 2 yellow onions
  4. You need 1 tbs minced garlic
  5. Get 14 oz smoked sausage
  6. You need 5-6 tbs lard or vegetable shortening
  7. Take 1/2 tbs paprika

  1. First wash the vegetables in cold water.
  2. Cut the ends off the peppers and slice it. Set it aside.
