- Clean & wash the prawns.
- Marinate the prawns with salt and turmeric powder.
- Keep it aside.
- In the mean while grind the two types of mustard seeds with a pinch of salt and one green chilli.
- In a steel tiffin box add mustard seeds paste coconut paste. Poppy seeds paste green chillies.turmeric powder salt and mustard oil.Mix it well.
- Add the marinated prawns into it.Add coriander leaves.keep it aside for another 30 minutes.
- Close the lid of the tiffin box..In a deep kadhai add water.keep the tiffin box inside the water.let the water boil in low flame for 20 minutes..
- Switch off the flame.open the tiffin box after 10 minutes.
