- Remove the chicken skin,clean and wash the chicken neatly,pat dry the chicken with the kitchen tissue,make some deep slits on legs and breasts.
- With the mentioned ingredients marinate the whole chicken both inside and outside, keep aside for couple of hours.
- Heat oil in a pan,saute onion,green chilies,ginger garlic paste,tomato and salt. saute until the tomatoes get mashed.now,add all the mentioned masala powders and saute for 2-3 minutes.take 4 tbsp masala from this and keep aside.then pour 1/2 cup of water to the remaining masala and combine well.turn off the flame.
- Now,stuff the chicken with two boiled eggs and the masala which we kept aside before. then tie the chicken legs together with a kitchen twine.
- Place the stuffed chicken in the middle of the remaining masala in the pan,now,cover the chicken with the masala,close with a lid and cook for 10 minutes in sim.
- After 10 minutes,turn around the chicken and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Flip the chicken on all sides for 10 minutes each to ensure well cooked.
