  2. Take 2 tbsp sour curd

  1. Smear pinch of haldi and salt to the fish pieces.Set aside for few mins. Pour mustard oil in a pan and when the oil is fuming hot fry the fish lightly.
  2. Meanwhile make a paste of onion and curd.Sprinkle half crushed garam masala and bay leaves to the leftover oil.When they crackle, add the onion curd paste, tomato puree,ginger paste, pinch of haldi, red chilli powder, salt and sugar to taste and fry.After few minutes arrange the fish over the masala and pour half cup approx water over the fish.Toss and boil for 5 mins till gravy is semi thick.Sprinkle garam masala powder and toss.Garnish with broken green and red chillies and raisins.
