  1. In mixing bowl, add curd, chopped green chillies, salt and water. whisk together. Keep aside.
  2. Transfer leftover moong dal khichadi in cooking pan. Pour prepared curd mixture on moong dal khichadi. Mix well.
  3. In a small tadka pan, add heat ghee. Add cummin seeds and curry leaves. As cummin seeds splutter off the flame and pour this tempering on curd - moong dal khichadi. Mix well.

  5. To prepare tomato- onion salad. In mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp tomato, 2 tbsp onion, salt, a pinch of red chili powder & roasted cumin seeds powder. Mix well and keep aside.
