- Take For khichdi
- Get 1 cup khichdi rice

- First take rice and dal bothe in pressure cooker and wash them very well then keep it aside for 10 min. Add salt
- Now pressure cook the khichdi for 2-3 whistle add ghee on top our khichdi is ready
- For kadhi first take buttermilk in a bowl and once blend it with blender the add gram flour, salt, jaggery and grated gingre to it
- Now take all the masala, methi seeds,, green chilli, whole red chilli, and other also which I mentioned above
- Now heat the ghee in pan add cumin seeds and curry leaves to it and all the above masala to it now add buttermilk to it and boil for 7-8 min.
