- Marinade the beef Pasandy with yogurt,salt and papaya paste for at least 5 to 6 hours, and then give dum of coal.

- Heat oil in a pan and put beef in it along with the mixture and leave to cook for 1/2 hours.
- Cook on slow heat till the beef is soft and oil comes up.
- Remove from the heat. add green coriander leaves and green chilli.
