  1. You need 1 kg Beef
  2. Provide 1 & 1/2 cup Tomatoes
  3. Get 6 Green chilies
  4. Take 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  5. Prepare 1 tsp Ginger (julienne)
  6. Take 2 tbsp Coriander fresh
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup Yogurt
  8. Use 1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
  9. Take 1 tbsp Ginger (chopped)

  12. Use 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  13. Use 1 tbsp Chilli flakes
  14. Get 1 tbsp Coriander crushed

Instructions to make Beef Karhai:
  1. In a pan heat oil, add ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, green chilies and cook until light brown. - Add beef and cook for 2 minutes. - Then add salt, red chilli powder, chilli flakes, coriander, cumin crushed and cook for 5 minutes. - Add tomatoes, yogurt and mix well.
  2. Add 2 & 1/2 cup hot water and cook on low flame for 35 to 40 minutes or until tender. - When meat is tender, cook on medium heat, add coriander, ginger and mix well. - In last add garam masala powder and mix it well. - Garnish with green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, tomato chunks and serve.
