- You need 1 kg Beef
- Provide 1 & 1/2 cup Tomatoes
- Get 6 Green chilies
- Take 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- Prepare 1 tsp Ginger (julienne)
- Take 2 tbsp Coriander fresh
- Prepare 1/2 cup Yogurt
- Use 1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
- Take 1 tbsp Ginger (chopped)
- Prepare 1/2 cup Oil
- Prepare to taste Salt
- Use 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- Use 1 tbsp Chilli flakes
- Get 1 tbsp Coriander crushed
- Provide 1 tsp Cumin crushed

Instructions to make Beef Karhai:
- In a pan heat oil, add ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, green chilies and cook until light brown. - Add beef and cook for 2 minutes. - Then add salt, red chilli powder, chilli flakes, coriander, cumin crushed and cook for 5 minutes. - Add tomatoes, yogurt and mix well.
- Add 2 & 1/2 cup hot water and cook on low flame for 35 to 40 minutes or until tender. - When meat is tender, cook on medium heat, add coriander, ginger and mix well. - In last add garam masala powder and mix it well. - Garnish with green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, tomato chunks and serve.
