- Firstly for pakoras : take 350 gms of besan,chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chillies, turmeric powder, Kasuri methi 2tsp, salt, garlic paste. Mix them.all now make thick consistency batter for pakora to fry. Fry all.the pakoras slight golden in colour.
- For kadhi : in the pan add oil, im it add mustard seeds let it crackle for 30 sec, now add methi seeds, black mustard seeds, red chillies,and curry leaves.Saute it for another 2 min. After that add, green chilli paste and ginger paste saute it for 1 mins until aroma comes out of it.
- Now after that add all the masala's : red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and,garam masala and salt saute it for another 2 mins by adding 2 tsp of water. - Hereafter, that add tomato puree saute it for another.2 mins properly.
- Now in a blender : take 50gms of besan and 400 gms of curds.Add 1/2 cup of water blend it into smooth texture.Now pour this liquid in that pan of masala.Now add 4 glass of water.Wait for one boil then add all the pakoras.Then cook it for 20 mins in low flame so that it becomes thick and properly cooked.
- Now for tadka we need : sliced onions, cumin seeds, red chillies, green chillies and curry leaves.
