- Get 1/4 cup Oil
- You need 1 star anise(badyan ka phol)
- Get 1 black cardamom
- Provide 2 cinnamon stick
- Prepare 2 cloves
- Prepare 1 tsp white cumin
- Provide 10,12 pepper corn
- Provide 1/2 kg beef mince
- Get 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Use 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Use 1 tsp salt
- You need 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

- Provide 1/2 tsp all spice powder
- Prepare 1/2 cup tomato puree OR 2 tomato
- Prepare 2 green chilli
- Get 3 tbsp coriander leaves
- You need 1/2 tsp dry fenugreek

- Heat the oil in pan,& add star anise,black cardamom, cloves,cinnamon stick, cumin and pepper corn & fry for 1 mintue,
- Now add beef mince and ginger garilc paste and mix well,let dry mince water.
- Now add all spices (no.10 to 14) and tomato puree,mix well,add 1 cup water and cover it.
- Afer 10 mintue add green chilli and cover for 2 mintue.
- Now add coriander and cook on high flam,
- Now add dry fenugreek in last and take out from pan.
