- Take 250 gr beras
- You need Plastik 1ons
- Use Lilinskan
- You need Tusuk gigi

Steps to make Lontong Plastik:
- Bismillah, cuci bersih beras lalu tiriskan
- Masukan beras kedalam plastik, setengahnya saja. Lalu rekatkan ujung plastik dg lilin agar tidak tumpah saat direbus
- Setelah selesai tusuk² dg tusuk gigi agar nanti saat direbus air bisa masuk kedalam,
- Didihkan air, masukan beras tutup dan masak selama 5 menit lalu matikan kompor diamkan selama 30 menit dg panci tetap ditutup. Nyalakan lagi kompor selama 7 menit
- Setelah 7 menit matikan kompor, tetap tutup panci sebentar sampai set. Angkat.
