- Get 1 bowl Sama Rice
- Provide 1 cucumber
- Get 1 potato
- Get 1 "piece ginger
- Provide 2 tb sp chopped coriander leaves

- Get 1/2 bowl curd
- Prepare 1/3 bowl water
- Use To taste salt
- Provide 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
- Take 1 tb sp lemon juice
- Provide For tempering :
- Provide 2 tb sp pure ghee
- Use 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Take 2 tb sp sesame seeds
Instructions to make Sama Rice Bites:
- Take 1 bowl of sama rice. Wipe with a cloth and then grind in a mixer.
- Peel wash and grate potato, cucumber, green chilli, ginger and chop coriander leaves.
- Now add grinded sama rice, curd, sendha salt and black pepper powder and mix well. Add lemon juice and mix well. If needed add little water to get required consistency. It should be of thick consistency.
- Grease a thali and pour the mixture on it and spread it evenly with the help of spetula.
- Heat water in a pan. Insert a plate or stand in water. Place the mixture thali over it and cover the lid and steam for 15 minutes. Switch off the flame. Rest for 10 minutes.
- Now cut square pieces.
- Separate all pieces as show in pic.
- Heat ghee on a griddle. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put sesame seeds and shallow fry till golden brown from both sides.
