- In chopper add green chillies, ginger garlic paste, almonds, cashew, lemon juice and chop well and set aside
- In bowl add boneless beef cubes raw papaya paste and mix well cover and merinate for 30 minutes
- In bowl add merinate beef, yoghurt, fresh cream,kasuri methi, green chilli paste, salt, black pepper, white pepper, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, cooking oil
- Mix well cover and merinate for 4 to 6 hours into refrigerator
- Thread merinated meat into skewers
- Put skewers in (burning charcoal) bbq grill and grill from all sides until done and basting with oil
- Separate malai boti from skewers put in stick for serving

- In blender jar add yoghurt,green chillies, lemon juice, salt,fresh coriander
