  3. Wash rice twice. Soak the rice for 30 minutes.Fry rice cook till the rice coated with masala. Add water as needed. Close the lid of the cooker and wait for 3 whistle. Once it is done. Cool it. Open the lid. Transfer the birayani to a beautiful bowl. Garnish with mint leaves and coriander leaves. Ready to serve with Raita
