- Provide 1 kg Beef with bones
- Get 1 tsp Salt
- Provide 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- Provide 1/2 tsp Garam masala

- Prepare 6-8 Green chilies

- Put oil, ginger garlic paste and beef in pot and fry till golden.
- Add 8 tsp of Shan masala, dahi, gram masla, zeera powder, black pepper and salt.
- Fry for 15 mins on high flame then add water.
- Let it cook on medium flame till meet is tender.
- Add small pieces of tomatoes, bhona zeera and dhani, kasuri methi, chopped green chillies (big pieces) and cook on high flame for 15 mins.
- Then add lemon juice.
- Let it cook for 5 mins on low flame till oil is sperate.
