- Ek pressure cooker pot ko medium-high flame par rakhen aur usmen oil, safed zeera, laung aur sabat kali mirchen shamil karein.
- Oil garam hone par chop ki hui piyaz shamil karein aur light golden hone tak pkaen.
- Jab piyaz light golden brown hojaen to gosht shamil karein aur sath hi lehsan adrak aur sabz mirchon ka paste shamil karein aur itna fry karein ke gosht ka colour bhi change hojae aur pani bhi khushk hojae.
- Ab tamater ki puree, namak, lal mirch powder, kutti lal mirch, dhania powder, haldi powder aur paprika powder shamil karein.
- 4-5 minutes tak medium flame par bhoon lein taake tamater ka pani bhi khushk hojae aur masale bhi achi trhan bhun jaen.
- 2 glasses pani shamil karein aur pressure cooker close karein aur ek wristle ke baad 15 mins tak pressure cook karein.
- 15 mins ke baad flame off krden aur pressure release hone ke baad pressure cooker kholen aur 3 katte hue aalu, sabz mirchen, kasuri methi aur garam masala powder shamil karein aur 4 mins aalu bhoon lein.
- Ab shorbe ke liye 3 glasses pani shamil karein aur simmer pe ek ubaal ane ke baad flame medium-low krden aur 3-4 minutes pkne dein taake aalu gal jaen.
