- Use 1 Garlic loaf
- Take 1/4 tsp Sarson
- Get 6-7 Kadi patta
- Get 1 cup Beaten curd
- Use As per your taste Salt
- Prepare 1 pinch Haldi
- You need 250 gm Mashed paneer
- Use 1/4 tsp Garam masala
- Get 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- Use Hara dhania
- Use Oil for cooking
- Provide 1 tbsp Mustard oil
Steps to make Bread idli:
- Temper beaten thick curd with mustard oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, salt and red chilli powder. Add this tadka to the curd. Do not heat the curd. Just temper it and mix well.
- Cut garlic loaf slices in roundels using a katori and keep aside.
- To make the spread: Mix crumble paneer, add finely chopped capsicum, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and spread on the bread slice. Make sure you r spreading a thin layer.
- On a preheated non stick pan, apply some oil and put the paneer side down.
- Apply curd on top. Do not overload it with curd but put a generous amount so that the bread is coated well.
- Cover the slices with a large bowl. The idea is to make the spread size crisp and curd side steamed.
- Cook till paneer side is golden brown. Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
