- Take Bahan adonan:
- Use 250 g tepung terigu

Steps to make Mee Hoon Kueh:
- Campur telur (kocok sebentar), garam dan sedikit air. Aduk. Tambahkan tepung terigu, masukan air sedikit demi sedikit sambil diuleni. Tuang minyak goreng sedikit demi sedikit. Uleni sampai adonan bisa dibentuk (jika ditarik tidak langsung putus).
- Bulatkan adonan, masukkan plastik diamkan 10 menit.
- Sembari menunggu adonan, rebus air bersama ikan bilis kurang lebih 1 jam agar kaldunya keluar.
- Setelah 10 menit, adonan akan berubah elastis. Tarik adonan sambil ditipiskan dg cara ditarik-tarik. Bentuknya nanti jadi seperti emping. Simpan di loyang.
- Setelah 1 jam, saring kuah supnya. Buang ikan bilisnya. Masukkan mee hoon. Setelah hampir masak, masukkan sayur bayamnya. Tambahkan garam, masak sebentar lalu angkat.
- Sajikan dengan toppingnya.
